What we offer

Globalisation and legal theory is a collaborative PhD programme between the Universities of Glasgow, Louvain and Tilburg, which critically engages with law and politics in their increasingly globalised environment. Key areas of interest include: authority, constitutionalism, responsibility and justice in a globalising world.

PhD Applications

Required: a Masters Degree in law, philosophy or the social sciences. If first language is not English, a language proficiency test is compulsory. Fees: €12.000 for a period of three years. Successful candidates receive a PhD awarded by the university of enrollment. Applications: before the 15th of April for the academic year commencing 1 October.
